Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is the process of empowering committed individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. Whether coming with a specific concern, or wanting to build more balance for everyday life, Yoga Therapy offers a multitude of tools for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance, well being, and life resilience.
These sessions can be in-person or online via zoom. A session may include talking, breathing practices (pranayama), imagery, guided meditation (Yoga Nidra), movement (asana), hand positions (mudras), and much more. It may also include sound healing or light healing, based on the immediate needs of the client.
Group yoga therapy is also available at your community center or business. Example offering is a 4-week stress relief series, balance through times of stress, breathing as healthcare, etc.
* Yoga therapy is for those committed to wellness and growth.
* Minimum commitment of 1 month (4 sessions)
